Messenger connection issues
Include the Facebook Page name, the approximate time of the issue, and whether the problem happened during login, Page selection, webhook delivery, or reply sending.
Urgent AI safety issue
Use Take over in the Inbox or disable automatic replies in AI Employee settings first. Then contact support with the conversation time and expected behavior.
